The location was close to the airport with secure parking.Although the staff did not speak English, we were able to communicate by using a translator app on our cell phones. The reception staff were very welcoming. There are some nice caramel candies at the front desk.

Friendly staff, I loved how nice and polite everyone was. Cozy rooms (even though on a smaller side) - but it’s more than enough for one person! AC worked, fridge too. Comfy bed. Nice and private location, quiet. Close to the city center - in a walking distance. Good choice of food for breakfast. Reasonable pricing.

Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.JohnPoland - 10Scored 10

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!
Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! The hotel does not have a restaurant,but using the app Pyszne.pl, which is like just eat, I could order anything from so many restaurant. My order was with me within 20 minutes. The history of the place is just incredible, I like that they left little printed leaflets in your room for you to have a look. Just fantastic, and something different from chain hotels. If you want to discover and experience something unique, this is definitely the place.

Good food and not expensive. I can recommend the burger. And my wife said the chocolate fondant with white chocolate was delicious. And the room was very clean and provided tea and coffee. I liked everything about this place. I was also able to visit Krakow by using the airport to old town train and then returned to the hotel via a bus. The man who runs the hotel is very hard working and kind.
